Divorce Papers process is very simple and easy to process. If You Are Willing to Divorce your spouse than you have to follow some process according to muslim law.
Steps To Follow:
- At First Give Legal Notice By The Registered Post Office AD Slip On Behalf of Advocate to your spouse.
- Send copy of Legal Notice to the UP Chairman, Members or Family Members.
- After 90 Days The Divorce will be Executed.
- During This Period There Is A Chance of Arbitration between Parties Of Marriage.
- if During 90 Days Of Period Wife Become Pregnant. Than After The Delivery Of Child This Divorce will be executed.
