When You Apply To The Trademark Department By Fulfilling The Application Procedure after submission of application along with fees. you will get a receipt of trademark application. after getting this receipt your trademark has been listed in the government database as an unregistered trademark and you can use your mark As “TM”™ until its Completion of Registration That Means Until getting “R”.
If your submitted unregistered TM application has been approved by the authority with no objection, then after publishing this TM as gazette. your TM will be registered as “R”®.
if you filed and application for a Service Mark (℠) then you will get permission to use “S” Symbol with your service trademark.
